Description
A memory leak issue exists in the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) agent, allowing remote attackers to cause a denial of service by consuming memory via a large number of SNMP packets with Object Identifiers (OIDs) that cannot be decoded.
Recommendations
For Windows NT 4.0 versions prior to Service Pack 4, apply Service Pack 4 to resolve the issue.
