Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands by directing Un-CGI to a document that begins with "#!" and the desired program name, due to the lack of verification that a CGI script has the execution bits set before executing it.

Recommendations For Un-CGI versions 1.9 and earlier, update to a version that verifies the execution bits of CGI scripts before executing them, or consider disabling the execution of CGI scripts that do not have the execution bits set as a temporary workaround.
