Description
The issue concerns the insecure storage of XSQL and SOAP configuration files by the Oracle 9i Application Server. This allows local users to access sensitive information, including usernames and passwords, by requesting specific configuration files through a virtual directory, such as "XSQLConfig.xml" or "soapConfig.xml".
