CVSS v2.0

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: phpLinkat version 0.1.0
Description: The issue is related to a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the catid parameter in specific files, namely showcat.php and addyoursite.php.
Recommendations: For phpLinkat version 0.1.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the catid parameter in the affected files until a patch is available. Avoid using the catid parameter in the affected API endpoints until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
