| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Cisco VPN 3000 series concentrators and Cisco VPN 3002 Hardware Client versions 3.5.x through 4.0.REL
Description:
The issue allows remote attackers to reach the private network without authentication when IPSec over TCP is enabled for a port on the concentrator.
Recommendations:
For versions 3.5.x through 4.0.REL, consider disabling IPSec over TCP for all ports on the concentrator until a fix is available. Restrict access to the private network to minimize the risk of exploitation.
