Description The issue allows remote attackers or a malicious keyserver to cause a denial of service and possibly execute arbitrary code during key retrieval. This is due to a format string vulnerability in the gpgkeys hkp experimental HKP interface for the GnuPG client.

Recommendations For GnuPG versions 1.2.3 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.2.3 to resolve the issue. For GnuPG versions 1.3.3 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.3.3 to resolve the issue.
