Description: The issue allows local users to execute arbitrary commands via a file containing a crafted modeline. This can be executed when the file is viewed using various options, including termcap, printdevice, titleold, filetype, syntax, backupext, keymap, patchmode, or langmenu.

Recommendations: For VIM versions prior to 6.3, update to version 6.3 or later to resolve the issue. For gVim versions prior to 6.3, update to version 6.3 or later to resolve the issue.
