Description:
A buffer overflow issue exists in the ParseCommand function within the hpgl-input.c file of the hpgltops program. This allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by providing a specially crafted HPGL file.
Recommendations:
For CUPS version 1.1.22, consider updating to a newer version that addresses this issue, as using a crafted HPGL file could lead to arbitrary code execution. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
