Description The issue allows local users to gain privileges by storing the database username and password for an untargeted JDBC connection pool in plaintext in config.xml.
Recommendations For BEA WebLogic Server and WebLogic Express versions 6.1 up to SP6, update to a version beyond SP6 to resolve the issue. For BEA WebLogic Server and WebLogic Express versions 7.0 up to SP4, update to a version beyond SP4 to resolve the issue. For BEA WebLogic Server and WebLogic Express versions 8.1 up to SP2, update to a version beyond SP2 to resolve the issue.
