Description:
The issue allows certain viruses, such as Sober.D and Sober.G, to bypass initial detection due to improper handling of PKZip archives.
Recommendations:
For F-Secure Anti-Virus versions 5.41 through 5.42, update the virus detection engine to properly handle PKZip archives.
For F-Secure Client Security versions 5.50 through 5.52, update the virus detection engine to properly handle PKZip archives.
For F-Secure Anti-Virus version 4.60 for Samba Servers, update the virus detection engine to properly handle PKZip archives.
For F-Secure Anti-Virus versions 4.52 and earlier for Linux, update the virus detection engine to properly handle PKZip archives.
