Description: The issue allows remote attackers to bypass authentication by using a .. (dot dot) in an HTTP POST request to "ServerManager.srv", and then use these privileges to conduct other activities, such as modifying files using "editcgi.cgi".

Recommendations: For Axis Network Camera versions 2.40 and earlier, update to a version later than 2.40 to resolve the issue. For Axis Video Server versions 3.12 and earlier, update to a version later than 3.12 to resolve the issue.
