Description
The issue is related to multiple vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel, which can lead to a disruption of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information. These vulnerabilities can be exploited remotely. The sys set mempolicy function in mempolicy.c in Linux kernel 2.6.x allows local users to cause a denial of service (kernel BUG()) via a negative first argument.
