Description The issue allows remote attackers to steal NTLM or SPNEGO credentials when the browser is configured to use a proxy and responds to 407 proxy auth requests from arbitrary servers.

Recommendations For Firefox versions prior to 1.0, update to version 1.0 or later to resolve the issue. For Mozilla versions prior to 1.7.5, update to version 1.7.5 or later to resolve the issue.
