Description A directory traversal issue allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. This can be achieved by including a (1) ... (triple dot) or (2) .. (dot dot backslash) in the URL.
Recommendations For FastStone 4in1 Browser version 1.2, consider restricting access to sensitive files and directories until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the affected URL parsing functionality until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
