CVE-2005-1715

CVSS v2.0

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions TOPo version 2.2 (2.2.178)
Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via several parameters or fields, including m, s, ID, t, field name, Your Web field, or email field in the comments section. This is a cross-site scripting (XSS) issue.
Recommendations For TOPo version 2.2 (2.2.178), as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the comments section or sanitizing user input for the m, s, ID, t parameters, and the field name, Your Web field, and email field to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
