Description
The issue arises from the Distributed Transaction Controller in Microsoft Windows, where remote servers can trigger a denial of service by sending an unexpected protocol command during the reconnection request. This command is not properly handled by the Transaction Internet Protocol (TIP) functionality, leading to an MSDTC service exception and exit.
