CVE-2005-2895

CVSS v2.0

5.0

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions PBLang versions 4.65 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information via a %00 (a null byte) in the u parameter. This is achieved by revealing the path in an error message.
Recommendations For versions 4.65 and earlier, consider restricting access to the setcookie.php file until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the u parameter with a null byte (%00) in the setcookie.php file to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
