Description The issue allows remote attackers to bypass virus detection by using a malicious executable in a specially crafted RAR file. This RAR file has malformed central and local headers, which can be opened by certain products like Winrar and PowerZip, despite being rejected as corrupted by others such as Winzip and BitZipper.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
