Description
The issue concerns a multiple interpretation error that allows remote attackers to bypass virus detection. This is achieved by using a malicious executable in a specially crafted RAR file with malformed central and local headers. Despite being rejected as corrupted by certain products like Winzip and BitZipper, such files can still be opened by other products, including Winrar and PowerZip.
