| Vector | AV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
PHP iCalendar versions 2.0a2 through 2.0.1
Description
The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code and include arbitrary local files via the
phpicalendar cookie. This is not related to cross-site scripting (XSS) as initially claimed.Recommendations
For PHP iCalendar versions 2.0a2 through 2.0.1, consider restricting access to the
index.php file until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the phpicalendar cookie in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved.Exploit
