CVE-2005-3665

CVSS v2.0

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions phpMyAdmin versions prior to 2.7.0
Description The issue concerns multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. The vulnerabilities are related to the HTTP HOST variable and various scripts in the libraries directory that handle header generation.
Recommendations For versions prior to 2.7.0, update to version 2.7.0 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the libraries directory and validating the HTTP HOST variable to minimize the risk of exploitation.
