| Vector | AV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
phpMyAdmin versions prior to 2.6.4-pl4
Description
The issue concerns multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via specific parameters, including the cookie-based login panel, the title parameter, and the table creation dialog.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 2.6.4-pl4, update to version 2.6.4-pl4 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the login panel, avoiding the use of the title parameter, and limiting interactions with the table creation dialog until the update is applied.
