Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the CA-driver for TwinHan DST Frontend/Card. This occurs when more than 8 bytes are read into an 8-byte long array, potentially allowing local users to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For Linux kernel versions prior to 2.6.15, update to version 2.6.15 or later to resolve the issue.
