Description
The issue is related to multiple vulnerabilities in the Debian GNU/Linux kernel and related packages, which can lead to a denial of service (kernel crash) or other security issues. The vulnerabilities can be exploited remotely. Additionally, the Linux kernel 2.6.8.1 and 2.6.10 for the AMD64 platform have a vulnerability in the ptrace call that allows local users to cause a denial of service (kernel crash) via a "non-canonical" address.
