CVE-2006-1569
CVSS v2.0
5.1
Medium
| Vector | AV:N/AC:H/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
RedCMS version 0.1
Description:
The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This can be achieved via the
username or password parameters to "login.php" or "register.php", or the u parameter to "profile.php".Recommendations:
For RedCMS version 0.1, consider restricting access to the affected API endpoints "login.php", "register.php", and "profile.php" until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the
username, password, and u parameters in the respective endpoints to minimize the risk of exploitation.Exploit
