CVE-2006-3107

CVSS v2.0

5.1

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:H/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Docebo versions 3.0.3 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via specific URL manipulations when register globals is enabled. This is achieved by exploiting remote file inclusion vulnerabilities in certain PHP files, including news class.php, content class.php, and util.media.php, by manipulating GLOBALS[where framework] and GLOBALS[where cms]. The issue might be related to a global overwrite vulnerability.
Recommendations For Docebo versions 3.0.3 and earlier, consider disabling the register globals setting to prevent exploitation. Additionally, restrict access to the vulnerable files, such as admin/modules/news/news class.php, admin/modules/content/content class.php, and admin/modules/block media/util.media.php, until a fix is available. Avoid using the GLOBALS[where framework] and GLOBALS[where cms] variables in URLs to minimize the risk of exploitation.
