CVE-2006-3305

CVSS v2.0

2.6

Low

VectorAV:N/AC:H/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions UebiMiau Webmail versions 2.7.2 and earlier, 2.7.10
Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML, which can lead to cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. This is possible via several parameters in different PHP files, including the f user parameter in "index.php", the pag parameter in "messages.php", and the lid, tid, and sid parameters in "error.php".
Recommendations For UebiMiau Webmail versions 2.7.2 and earlier, and 2.7.10, consider restricting access to the vulnerable parameters f user, pag, lid, tid, and sid in the respective PHP files until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the parameters f user in "index.php", pag in "messages.php", and lid, tid, and sid in "error.php" to minimize the risk of exploitation.
