Description
The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the
mosConfig absolute path parameter. This can be exploited by providing a malicious URL to the vulnerable parameter, potentially leading to the execution of arbitrary PHP code.Recommendations
For SMF-Forum version 1.3.1.3, consider restricting access to the
mosConfig absolute path parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the mosConfig absolute path parameter with untrusted input until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.Exploit
