Description The issue allows scripts with the UniversalBrowserRead privilege to gain UniversalXPConnect privileges, which could lead to the execution of code or the obtaining of sensitive data by reading into a privileged context.
Recommendations For Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 1.5.0.5, update to version 1.5.0.5 or later. For Thunderbird versions prior to 1.5.0.5, update to version 1.5.0.5 or later. For SeaMonkey versions prior to 1.0.3, update to version 1.0.3 or later.
