Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an application crash. This is achieved by sending a client message before providing the nickname, which triggers a null pointer dereference in the dc chat function.

Restrict access to the cmd.dc.c module to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the affected function until the issue is resolved.
