| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Bob Jewell Discloser version 0.0.4
Description
The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the
type parameter in the plugins/plugins.php file. However, there is a dispute about whether an attacker can control the type parameter, with CVE analysis concurring with the dispute as of 20060901.Recommendations
For Bob Jewell Discloser version 0.0.4, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the plugins/plugins.php file until a patch is available. Avoid using the
type parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability. Found an issue in the description? Have something to add? Feel free to write us 👾
