CVE-2006-4602

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions TikiWiki versions 1.9.4 Sirius and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a filepath parameter that contains a filename with a .php extension, which is uploaded to the img/wiki/ directory. This is due to an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in jhot.php.
Recommendations For TikiWiki versions 1.9.4 Sirius and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the jhot.php file until a patch is available. Avoid using the filepath parameter with filenames that contain a .php extension in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
