Description The issue is related to a buffer overflow in NTLM authentication, allowing remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. This is achieved via the signature field of NTLM Type 1 messages.
Recommendations For MailEnable Professional version 2.0, consider disabling NTLM authentication until a patch is available. For MailEnable Enterprise version 2.0, restrict access to NTLM Type 1 messages to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
