Description:
A double free vulnerability exists in the squashfs module of the Linux kernel, which can be exploited by local users to cause a denial of service. This is achieved by mounting a crafted squashfs filesystem.

For Linux kernel version 2.6.x, consider restricting access to the squashfs module to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
