Description:
The issue is related to improper authentication of a Teredo bubble during UDP hole punching with HMAC-MD5-64 hashing. This allows remote attackers to impersonate an arbitrary Teredo client.
Recommendations:
For versions 0.9.8 through 1.0.5, consider updating to a version that properly authenticates Teredo bubbles to prevent impersonation attacks. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
