CVE-2006-7115

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions PHPKit version 1.6.1 RC2
Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary SQL commands via the catid parameter to "include.php" when the path parameter is set to "faq/faq.php", and other unspecified vectors involving "guestbook/print.php".
Recommendations For PHPKit version 1.6.1 RC2, consider restricting access to the catid parameter in the "include.php" file when the path parameter is set to "faq/faq.php" to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the catid parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
