Description The issue is related to the improper processing of Channel Switch Announcement Information Elements (CSA IEs) in the ieee80211 input.c file. This allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a loss of communication. The attack is triggered by a Channel Switch Count less than or equal to one, which initiates a channel change.

Recommendations For MadWifi versions prior to 0.9.3, update to version 0.9.3 or later to resolve the issue.
