CVE-2007-0337

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: KGB versions 1.9 and earlier
Description: A directory traversal issue exists, allowing remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files. This is achieved by using a .. (dot dot) in the skinnn parameter. Attackers can invoke kg.php with a postek parameter containing PHP code, which is then injected into a file in the kg directory and included by sesskglogadmin.php.
Recommendations: For KGB versions 1.9 and earlier, consider restricting access to the sesskglogadmin.php file and the kg directory to minimize the risk of exploitation. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the skinnn parameter in the sesskglogadmin.php file until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
