Description The issue allows context-dependent attackers to obtain sensitive information, such as memory contents, via a serialized variable entry with a large length value. This triggers a buffer over-read in the php binary serialization handler in the session extension.
Recommendations For PHP versions prior to 4.4.5, update to version 4.4.5 or later. For PHP versions 5.x prior to 5.2.1, update to version 5.2.1 or later.
