Description
The issue concerns Microsoft Windows Vista, which establishes a Teredo address without user action upon connection to the Internet. This is contrary to the documentation that states Teredo is inactive without user action. As a result, the attack surface is increased, allowing remote attackers to communicate via Teredo.
