CVSS v2.0
4.3

| Vector | AV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
DotClear versions prior to 1.2.6
Description
The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. This can be achieved via the
post id parameter to "ecrire/trackback.php" or the tool url parameter to "tools/thememng/index.php".Recommendations
For versions prior to 1.2.6, update to version 1.2.6 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "ecrire/trackback.php" and "tools/thememng/index.php" endpoints until the update is applied. Avoid using the
post id and tool url parameters in the affected endpoints until the issue is resolved.Exploit
