Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Kai Content Management System (K-CMS) version 1.0
Description
A directory traversal issue exists, allowing remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files. This is achieved by using a .. (dot dot) in the
current theme parameter of the index.php file.Recommendations
For Kai Content Management System (K-CMS) version 1.0, restrict access to the
current theme parameter in the index.php file to prevent directory traversal attacks. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the execution of files based on user input until a patch is available.Fix
