CVE-2007-2540

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions PMECMS versions 1.0 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the config[pathMod] parameter to index.php in various modules, including (1) mod/image/, (2) mod/liens/, (3) mod/liste/, (4) mod/special/, or (5) mod/texte/.
Recommendations For PMECMS versions 1.0 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the config[pathMod] parameter in the affected modules until a patch is available. Avoid using the config[pathMod] parameter in the index.php API endpoint for the mentioned modules. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
