CVE-2007-2681

CVSS v2.0

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions b2evolution version 1.6
Description A directory traversal issue exists, allowing remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files. This is achieved by using a .. (dot dot) in the core subdir parameter of the blogs/index.php file.
Recommendations For b2evolution version 1.6, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the core subdir parameter in the blogs/index.php file to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
