Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
TeamSpeak Server version 2.0.20.1
Description
The issue concerns multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML. Specifically, the vulnerabilities can be exploited via the
error text parameter to "error box.html" or the ok title parameter to "ok box.html".Recommendations
For TeamSpeak Server version 2.0.20.1, consider restricting access to the "error box.html" and "ok box.html" endpoints to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the
error text and ok title parameters in these endpoints until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability. Found an issue in the description? Have something to add? Feel free to write us 👾
