Description A visual truncation issue allows remote attackers to spoof a destination filename by using a long sequence of space characters in a filename within a .IMG or .ISO file. This can be used in conjunction with a separate directory traversal issue to trick a user into overwriting arbitrary files.
Recommendations For WinImage versions 8.10 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
