Description A remote file inclusion issue in index.php allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the themesdir parameter when register globals is disabled.

Recommendations For Segue CMS versions 1.8.4 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the themesdir parameter in the index.php file until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
