CVE-2007-5263
CVSS v2.0
7.5
High
| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
Battlefront Dropteam versions 1.3.3 and earlier
Description:
The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service via crafted packets, including a "0x5c" packet, many 32-bit numbers in a "0x18" packet, or a large "0x4b" packet.
Recommendations:
For Battlefront Dropteam versions 1.3.3 and earlier, consider disabling the handling of "0x5c", "0x18", and "0x4b" packets as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to the vulnerable components to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
