CVE-2007-5271

CVSS v2.0

6.8

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Trionic Cite CMS versions 1.2 rev9 and earlier
Description: The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. This can be achieved by providing a URL in the bField[bf data] parameter to specific API endpoints, such as "interface/editors/-custom.php" or "interface/editors/custom.php".
Recommendations: For Trionic Cite CMS versions 1.2 rev9 and earlier, consider restricting access to the "interface/editors/-custom.php" and "interface/editors/custom.php" endpoints until a fix is available. Avoid using the bField[bf data] parameter in these endpoints to minimize the risk of exploitation.
