CVE-2007-6290

CVSS v2.0

5.0

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions SERWeb versions 2.0.0 dev1 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the mod and js parameters. This is due to multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in the js/get js.php file.
Recommendations For SERWeb versions 2.0.0 dev1 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the js/get js.php file until a patch is available. Avoid using the mod and js parameters in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
